One-on-one, private yoga classes, live-streamed to your home. Your private classes will focus specifically on your body, your needs, and your goals. Through a combination of yoga asana, functional movement techniques, strength training, and meditation, we will create a program designed to help support comfort, longevity, and ease. In our world of pre-recorded yoga classes and live-streamed offerings with countless participants, private yoga sessions offer individual attention and a tailored approach to help your grow your home-practice.
I’m the first to say that not all yoga asana is functional, and certainly not for all bodies. Gain the skills to practice safely at home and to move your body with strength and intuition. In addition to our live-streamed class, you’ll receive an emailed class summary, including a list of movements and techniques to focus on. These actions will help support your whole body, regardless of where, what, or how you choose to practice. And they’re fun and personal.

These one-on-one virtual consultations offer an opportunity to discuss a particular pregnancy or postpartum topic, unique to you, your body, and your baby. We discuss how and what you are feeling, as well as options and research regarding your prenatal care and/or your birth plan. We are all capable of optimizing our own prenatal care, and private prenatal consultation is a powerful way to care for your pregnancy and prepare for the birth of your babe from your own home

My approach to prenatal care is non-medical, as I believe that pregnancy and birth are inherently non-medical, physiological events. This service does not offer medical advice, but rather is meant to provide powerful information and encouragement for womxn during their pregnancies and birth.
These childbirth education classes are different than those you would take at your local hospital. We will, of course, cover a variety of pregnancy, labor, birthing and early postpartum topics. In addition, we will focus on a physiological approach to birthing. The way you move your body, both before and during your labor, affects the way you give birth. We will discuss, in detail, the anatomy of the pelvis and ways to work with the principles of movement and gravity to optimize the birth process.
This course is taught in three, 2-hour sessions, over the course of three to four weeks. Our course will cover a wide array of topics, including but not limited to: prenatal exercise and nutrition, anatomy and physiology of birth, stages and phases of labor, and the postpartum lying-in period. The exact curriculum is tailored to the specific needs and interests of the birthing person. In addition to our live sessions, I will provide an individualized collection of resources, including handouts, optional homework, book/podcast/film/media recommendations, and prenatal yoga video classes. This course is for you and for anyone else who will be attending your birth!

Vibrant health begins with the pelvis. Our pelvic health and function dictate the way we walk, sit, stand, exercise, eliminate, have sex, give birth and countless other life activities. In a pelvic health consultation, we discuss your unique experience and symptoms and collaboratively come up with a plan to optimize your pelvic health.
My approach combines symptom logging and observation, postural analysis and adjustments, targeted pelvic floor conditioning, and holistic vaginal care techniques. We work in collaboration to develop a pelvic health routine, designed to support the longevity of all pelvic functions.
This service is open to all people with vaginas! You need not be female-identified to benefit form a pelvic health consultation.
